After church, we played with the children of the church and the surrounding community. They were quick to smile and enjoyed just being held. Many of them are orphans and are thankful for any smile or touch you are willing to offer.
Here are some pictures from our day!

O our way to the church service!

Me with m y little man, Paul. H caught my eye pretty early on.

Elizabeth's little one never smiled, ,but sure did love being with her!

When we exchanged our money to Shillings....we felt like "shilliionaires" as I like to call it :)

Laura is such a sweet person.... she slays had a litle on on her lap :)

Alicia working her magic with the kids. She had quite a dance party going on at one point!

This is a little boy who is a year and a half old. He is a twin and has been extremely malnourished. He has just come to the church for help. We were able to give a donation ato help this family feed their children. I love that, in this picture, his eyes are lifted....makes me think that he knows from where his help is coming.
We head to a children's prison today and tomorrow. I am sure it will be emotionally difficult, but we are comforted by the hope of Our Savior and the fact that they are each in the palm of His hand.
Ahhh! The kiddos are precious! Great pics! Sounds like things are off to a great start! Look forward to reading your next post on the prison and am praying for y'all!
